CONNECT up-and-over garage doors - economy and functionality

CONNECT doors are the ideal combination of attractive price, high quality and aesthetics. The leaf sheathing is made of galvanised steel sheet, coated with polyester paint. As standard, the door is equipped with a frame in the colour of the door, side sliders and steel snap bolts. It is possible to manufacture the door in an insulated version, with a wicket door and a renovation frame (individual pricing).

When is it worth choosing an up-and-over door?

Overhead doors are an economical solution, particularly recommended for detached garages. They can be opened manually, but for greater comfort it is worth considering an automatic operator. CONNECT doors are available in maximum dimensions:

• height: 223 cm,
• width: 298 cm.

This is the perfect solution for single-car garages. In the case of a two-car garage, you can decide to buy two gates or choose another solution, such as the WIŚNIOWSKI sectional gate.

Opening and locking

CONNECT doors are available in manual opening versions.

• Black plastic handle mounted on the outside and inside of the door.
• Lock with single-sided patent insert (three keys included).
• Two-point locking (bolts on the sides) as standard.
• Optional three-point locking:
  • Steel bolts coupled to the lock locking system.
  • Gerda lock - allows the gate to be manually closed and opened from the outside and inside (not coupled to the locking system).

Installation - in the hole or behind the hole?

Installation in the borehole - the door is installed in the clear opening of the passage, reducing its dimensions. It does not require a lintel. Installation behind the opening - Door mounted to the inside walls of the garage. Requires:

• 6 cm of side space,
• 6 cm lintel.

Optional wicket door

The CONNECT door can be made with a wicket door - ideal if your garage has no other entrance.

Can be insulated

The CONNECT door can be insulated, which improves the thermal comfort of the garage. In this version, the inside of the leaf is finished with a PVC panel.
