Steel jacketed doors
ANTI-THEFT RC2 AND RC3

Features:

single or double-leaf doors, where the passive leaf on double-leaf doors is locked by an automatic deadbolt;
solid or glazed, made of two 0.7 - 0.75 mm thick galvanised sheets with polyester coating, powder-coated or in wood veneer;
door frame made of 1.5 mm thick profiled steel sections and powder coated;
the overall wing thickness is 62,5 ± 1 mm
The filling is cellular cardboard, while a fire door option is also available. EI30 and EI60 in RC2 and RC3 class, filled with mineral wool;
Fittings: RC 2 class - two locks with C class cylinder locks, burglar-proof escutcheon on additional lock and handle on a long shaft, additional strengthening of the sash, three anti-burglary bolts per sash.
RC3 class - three locks with C class cylinder locks, anti-burglary escutcheons on additional locks and a handle on a long shaft, additional wing reinforcement, three anti-burglary bolts per wing;
sash equipped with three vertically adjustable hinges, one of which has a tension spring;
rebate seal made of modified EPDM.

Standard equipment for ECO, ECO BASIC, RC2 and RC3 doors:

one deadbolt lock with insert,
Plastic handle in black,
corner frame,
EPDM gasket.

Internal steel jacketed doors
ECO

Features:

single or double-leaf doors, where the passive leaf on double-leaf doors is locked by an automatic deadbolt;
full or partially glazed sash;
Thin rebated sash in 0.5 - 1.5 mm galvanised steel sheet with polyester coating or powder coated;
door frame made of 1.2 mm thick profiled galvanised steel sections and powder coated;
the overall wing thickness is 62,5 ± 1 mm
sash filling on internal doors: cellular cardboard;
sash equipped with two vertically adjustable hinges, one of which has a tension spring;
EPDM gaskets.

ECO BASIC

Features:

single-leaf doors;
full or partially glazed sash;
sash with thick rebate, made of 0.5 [mm] galvanised steel sheet and polyester coated or powder coated;
door frame made of 1.2 mm thick profiled galvanised steel sections and powder coated;
the overall leaf thickness is 40 ± 1 mm
sash filling on internal doors: cellular cardboard;
sash equipped with two horizontally adjustable hinges;
EPDM gaskets.
