External steel jacketed doors
ECO

Features:

  • single or double-leaf doors, where the passive leaf on double-leaf doors is locked by an automatic deadbolt;
  • full or partially glazed sash;
  • Thin rebate sash , made of 0.5 - 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and polyester coated or powder coated;
  • door frame made of 1.2 mm thick profiled galvanised steel sections and powder coated;
  • the overall wing thickness is 62,5 ± 1 mm
  • filling of the leaf in external doors: expanded polystyrene "styrofoam" or in non-standard versions: mineral wool;
  • sash equipped with two vertically adjustable hinges, one of which has a tension spring;
  • EPDM gaskets;
  • the entrance door is equipped with a security bolt as standard.

  • full or partially glazed sash;
  • sash with thick rebate, made of 0.5 [mm] galvanised steel sheet and polyester coated or powder coated;
  • door frame made of 1.2 mm thick profiled galvanised steel sections and powder coated;
  • the overall leaf thickness is 40 ± 1 mm
  • filling of the leaf in external doors: expanded polystyrene "styrofoam" or in non-standard versions: mineral wool;
  • sash equipped with two horizontally adjustable hinges;
  • EPDM gaskets.

Burglar-proof, fire-rated steel exterior doors
MultiSecure EI30

Features:

  • single-leaf doors;
  • full or partially glazed sash;
  • in an EI30 fire-resistant version or only EI30,
  • doors available in burglary resistance class RC2 (doors opening inwards) and RC3 (doors opening outwards );
  • thick rebate sash, total sash thickness 41 ± 1mm;
  • sash made of galvanised steel sheet 0.5 ÷ 0.6 mm thick and polyester coated or in wood-like veneer;
  • door frame made of steel sections, profiled from galvanised sheet 1.2 mm ÷ 1.5 mm thick and powder coated;
  • the filling of the leaf is mineral wool;
  • the doors are equipped as standard with: a three-point automatic lock, a class B cylinder with three keys, two 3D hinges with regulation in three planes, three anti-prize pins and a stainless steel handle and a rail door closer; EPDM rebate gaskets; additionally an intumescent gasket with a section of 2 x 20 [mm];
  • Exterior door with automatic dropping slat and drip rail;
  • smoke-proof option possible on internal and external doors, MultiSecure EI30 doors then meet the criteria defined in PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 for class Sa, S200 smoke-proofing.
