COMFORT BECOMES STANDARD WITH ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS
All roller shutter doors are equipped with a drive as standard.
The door curtain winds up on a winding shaft concealed in a box, thus saving space under the ceiling.
Characteristics:
- curtain made of aluminium profiles filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam
- a chambered rubber gasket is fitted in the bottom-most profile, adhering to the floor
- the curtain moves along aluminium vertical guides and winds up on a winding shaft
- aluminium guides mounted along the side edges of the opening
- guides fitted with brush seals
- tubular actuator mounted in the winding shaft
FUNCTIONALITY AND SAFETY
Now you can arrange the space saved under the ceiling as you wish: install lights, hang skis and car racks. Interior lighting and energy savings in a dark room (e.g. in a garage without windows) can be achieved by fitting profiles with glazing in the door. A bottom chamber seal, brush seals in the tracks and a seal screwed to the lintel guarantee good insulation.
- Curtain lock in the BR-77s gate prevents the curtain from being lifted from the outside.
- Safety in use This is ensured by photocells and a safety edge strip. If an obstacle is encountered, the door curtain retracts to the open position.
- Aretts provide the distance between the profiles when the door curtain is rolled up, making the door operation quiet and extending the life of the panels considerably.
- Emergency opening of the door from the inside in the event of power failure the door can be opened manually using the crank on the (A) BR-77s and on the (B) BR-77 E and BR-100 E doors.
- Emergency opening of the door from the outside with a special crank, is used if there is no additional entrance to the garage.
